Join TC Feeds, France 44 and Greener Pastures for an evening of inspiring stories from local food leaders who are cultivating a more ethical, equitable & sustainable food system here in Minnesota. Enjoy deliciously crafted local food & beverage pairings and mingle with local farmers, food makers and advocates who are shaking things up and making a positive change to our local food system!
Proceeds will benefit TC Feeds Foundation and Greener Pastures.

Jack and Betsy started TC Farm because of their love of cooking. They wanted the very best ingredients to enjoy and share with their loved ones. Here is your chance to share a hand-crafted meal while raising funds to support our important mission.
Come together with small group of TC Feeds Supporters and share stories with the McCann’s about their passion for sustainable food and their journey towards building a stronger more equitable local food system.
This unique experience is great opportunity to get to know Jack & Betsy and to get inspired about our mission!
Guests are welcome to help us plan and come early to prepare the meal with us.
June 15th: Gardens of Solonica - Local Greek Family Meal
Join us at the amazing Greek restaurant Gardens of Salonica for a delicious family-style meal featuring TC Farm pasture raised meat and the unique flavors of Greece!
We have been inspired by Chef Anna’s commitment to local and organic ingredients at the Gardens of Salonica since 1991 (!) Her culinary prowess for both traditional and modern Greek cuisine is well known, this will be an evening to remember.
With family-style service, you’ll enjoy an intimate evening and conversations with others supporting our work to build a more just and equitable food system.

Come enjoy a memorable & sustainable meal on our beautiful pasture-based farm. You'll enjoy an amazing tour of Farmer Kerry's farm with our heritage Forest Hogs, lambs, Randall Lineback cows!

September 14th: Lunch on the Farm - Northfield
Come enjoy a memorable & sustainable meal on our beautiful produce farm. You'll enjoy an amazing tour of Farmer Becca's farm at the peak season and then enjoy a TC Farm catered meal crafted with our heritage meats and produce grown on the soil under our shared table.
